Service Inspector:
Travel to customers’ homes for pre-scheduled appointments to perform annual maintenance or address warranty concerns. Assesses previous work, identifies potential issues, and recommends additional products or services to enhance system performance. Ensures all installations meet job specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Completes necessary paperwork, data entry, and follow-up communication. Delivers exceptional customer service and ensures all concerns are resolved. Strives to meet or exceed monthly performance goals. Attends required meetings Represents the company culture and values.
