This position is responsible for handling a high volume of cases and case inquiries, and prepares, tracks, and maintains statistical reports and correspondence. The position involves communication and interaction with judges and judicial staff, pro-se litigants, attorneys and their staff, case managers, clerks, as well as the general public. The position works under general supervision independently developing work methods and sequences. Education and Training Guidelines Education – High school diploma or GED and two years of college or vocational school education in paralegal, secretarial skills, computer operations, or a closely related field. Additional relevant experience may substitute for the recommended educational level on a year-for-year basis.
