It cost me many thousands of dollars…. and destroyed my view, my trees, my shade. He lied and told me 5 huge heritage oaks were dead and need be cut down. then he cashed the checks not to be cashed, murdered the trees that were VERY much alive as they budded leaves after being cut and he abandoned the job leaving two acres of damages horrible murdered trees budding out with their last energy. Made me sick being so fooled and scammed and trusting someone so mean to take advantage of of an elderly disabled low income grandmother.. I will bring him to court in small claims court. I have taken photos, videos and had the sheriff come to verify that the trees were very much alive., I have the Tree surgeon who knew the trees for over 40 years sign a statement the trees were alive. The man told my neighbor the same thing about two huge walnut trees that he said were dead and were not . Good thing she could not afford the $1500 he offered to cut them down as they are now leafing out. He lied in winter about the trees being dead as no leaves were on them.. Once he cut them they all leafed out, now I am left with terrible damage. How many more people did he do this to ? Need help organizing my case.. possibly you can help me for credits ? If I win I can pay something, but seeking someone to help for the knowledge, experience and to be kind to an elderly grandmother. If that is possible these days… I pray so. Scammers will be shot. I am wise to scammers now… .
