Law Clerk for the Presiding Judge 10th Judicial Circuit
Jefferson County Courthouse, State of Alabama Birmingham, Alabama Presiding Judge Elisabeth French is accepting resumes from students interested in a law clerk position. Law Clerks assist in all aspects of the Jefferson County Court system.
Duties consist of:
Assisting with administrative duties as needed;
Assisting with jury and nonjury trials;
Legal research and writing;
Maintaining detailed notes regarding meetings and hearings.

Qualifications:
