- Experienced Family Law Attorney
- Minimum 5+ years ofexperience handling divorce, child custody, support, modifications,and domestic violence cases.

Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, childcustody, and spousal support.
- Consider representing clients in guardian advocacy cases(training provided)
- Conduct legal research, analyze cases, and prepare legaldocuments such as briefs, pleadings, and appeals.
- Represent clients in court in person and by Zoom asrequired.
- Represent clients in mediation in person and by Zoom asrequired
- Communication with clients with timely responses to theirvarious questions is a must
- Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients, advocating fortheir best interests and ensuring fair outcomes.
- Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation orlitigation proceedings as necessary.
- Maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards inaccordance with the Florida Bar Association guidelines.
- Utilize CMS and track billing accordingly
- Adhere to office policies and procedures as outlined in
TheHandbook Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in family law practice
- Member of the Florida Bar Association
- Law degree from an accredited institution
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Resides in South Florida
- Familiar with South Florida Judges and their procedures
- Ability to work independently
- Ready to pick up cases and run with them
