Responsibilities:
Collect paperwork and enter data into our case management system to ensure a smooth onboarding for new clients and tidy management of case files Manage attorney schedules, including prospective client consultations, to foster caseload growth Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms in order to help bring in new cases Take charge of various office tasks such as email correspondence, document management, data organization, and research to make sure our firm is running at peak efficiency Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard
Qualifications:
Firm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management, as well as computer skills Previous legal experience highly valued Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel Familiarity with case management and CRM systems a bonus Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy About Company At Lulich & Attorneys, P.A., we are a dynamic and rapidly expanding law firm with two thriving offices in Indian River County.
