Job Description:
Our growing law firm is seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Attorney licensed with the Florida Bar to join our team. We specialize in family law, personal injury, and immigration law , and we are looking for an attorney who is passionate about advocating for clients in these areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, support, and domestic violence cases. Handle personal injury cases including intake, negotiation, litigation, and trial preparation. Assist in immigration cases such as adjustment of status, waivers, asylum, and removal defense (experience recommended but not required). Conduct client consultations and maintain regular client communication. Draft legal documents, pleadings, and settlement agreements. Attend court hearings, mediations, and trials. Work collaboratively with support staff and other attorneys.
Requirements:
Active Florida Bar license in good standing (Required). 2+ years experience practicing family law and/or personal injury law (Required). Immigration law experience (Preferred but not required). Bilingual (English and Spanish) (Required). Strong litigation, negotiation, and advocacy skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage a full caseload independently and meet deadlines. Commitment to providing compassionate, client-focused representation.
