Job Details KeyResponsibilities:
Manage a caseload of family law matters frominception to resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, and legaldocuments. Conduct legal research and case strategy development.
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and depositions.
Maintain strong communication with clients and opposing counsel.
Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients’ best interests.
Qualifications:
5 years of family law experience required. Licensedto practice law in Florida and in good standing with the FloridaBar. Strong litigation, negotiation, and courtroom experience.
Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills. Ability tomanage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
