This role involves preparing subpoenas and other correspondence, communicating and coordinating with vendors and updating records in iManage. Additional duties include operating office equipment and assisting with miscellaneous projects. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality are essential for this position.

Financial Wellness Program Essential Functions and Basic Duties:

E-Filing

  • Check for duplications, naming, printing and saving into document management system Filing
  • Classify, date, sort, organize, retrieve, maintain, store and close Subpoenas
  • Prepare letters, acceptances of service, envelopes and certified mailings Process invoices in Chrome River Time entry for timekeepers Typing
  • create and update file inventory Miscellaneous projects, etc.

Use of office equipment (computers, printers, copiers, fax machines, etc.) Weekly coverage at the reception desk for serving as back-up for lunches, breaks and PTO as needed. Assist with forwarding routine calls, leaving voicemail messages, greeting visitors, coordinating conference room schedules and other miscellaneous tasks.

Performance Measurements:

Computer skills and typing speed of at least 40 wpm Punctual arrival, reliable attendance and flexible hours Ability to work some overtime when needed Ability to produce accurate work product in a timely manner Ability to work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines Effective communication to ensure understanding of assignments Ability to multi-task Professional dress and demeanor Good interpersonal skills

Qualifications:
