About the Role We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Associate Attorney with a strong passion for family law. The ideal candidate will genuinely enjoy the challenges and rewards of guiding clients through difficult personal transitions. You will handle a full caseload from inception through resolution under the supervision and mentorship of an experienced family law attorney, supported by a five-member administrative and paralegal team. Responsibilities

• Manage family law cases independently, including dissolution of marriage, paternity, parenting plans, modifications, support issues, and domestic violence matters
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and appear at hearings and trials
• Maintain client relationships with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
• Collaborate closely with the supervising attorney and support staff
• Communicate proactively with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts Qualifications
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida
• Minimum 1-3 years of family law experience required
• Exceptional legal writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills
• Strong organizational habits and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• A sincere passion for family law and a desire to grow in the field
