Legal Counsel – Family, Civil, and Immigration Law – Associate Attorney Texter Law, P.A. New Port Richey, FL 34654 • Hybrid work Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in various areas of law, including Family Law, Civil Law, and Immigration Law. This role requires excellent legal drafting skills and the ability to effectively litigate cases while providing exceptional legal support to clients. As an Associate Attorney, you will work closely with senior attorneys and contribute to the overall success of our law office. Duties Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation. Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts with precision. Assist in the litigation process by preparing for court appearances and hearings. Manage client communications and maintain strong relationships throughout the case lifecycle. Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and provide administrative support as needed. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to various practice areas. Participate in client consultations to assess their legal needs and provide guidance accordingly. Experience Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar association is required. Prior experience in a law office setting is preferred, particularly in Family Law, Civil Law, or Immigration Law. Strong legal drafting skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are essential for effective client interaction and litigation efforts. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple cases efficiently.
