Full Job Description Overview:

Duties:

• Conduct legal research using resources
• Assist in drafting legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and pleadings
• Areas include civil, family, succession, criminal, real estate, immigration, personal injury
• Support attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and meetings
• Review and analyze legal documents for accuracy and compliance
• Perform administrative tasks to support the legal team
• Collaborate with paralegals and attorneys on case preparation
• Maintain organized case files and documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior experience with legal drafting, research, or general counsel is preferred
