Responsibilities include advisingclients on mergers and acquisitions (including asset and stocktransactions, due diligence, and related negotiations), debt andequity financings (including venture capital, convertible debt andbank financings), securities law compliance (including privateofferings), and commercial law and contracting. The successfulcandidate will join a terrific team committed to providingexcellent representation and client service. Requirements JurisDoctor (J.D.) licensed to practice in MA and/or NH with a minimumof three years of relevant experience as part of a sophisticatedcorporate practice, with a strong understanding of basic legalconcepts relating to corporate transactions, entity formation,venture capital financing, private offerings and related state andfederal securities laws.
