Long & Robinson, LLC is a boutique construction litigation firm seeking an associate litigation attorney, preferably with at least two years of experience and licensed to practice in Missouri and Kansas. The candidate must be available to start immediately, work well in a team environment, have a basic understanding of the construction industry, excellent writing skills, some courtroom experience, be proficient at reviewing and utilizing electronically stored information, and a desire to get experience in the area of construction law quickly. Long & Robinson, LLC offers a unique small firm atmosphere with plaintiff and defense work on a wide variety of cases ranging from complex multi-party defect litigation, mechanic’s lien foreclosures, bond/payment claims, contract drafting and negotiation and insurance coverage for commercial suppliers, subcontractors, contractors, owners and Condominium Associations. Position is eligible for a performance bonus based on company and individual achievements.
