To achieve this, we need an additional Associate Attorney in the Charlotte/South Carolina area who can effectively monitor client’s treatment, negotiate with the insurance company and medical providers, and supply case approvals and second-tier client contact. Requirements:

Must currently hold a NC State Bar License OR a SC State Bar License. PI experience is a plus! Preferred 5+ years of legal experience.

Compensation:

Starting salary of $75,000 – $100,000 based on experience for the first 12 months. Commission opportunities are available from the first year, increasing with experience. From the second anniversary onward, compensation transitions to 100% commission. Newer attorneys average $125,000+ per year after their first full year on commission, with more senior attorneys averaging $200,000+ annually.
