The successful candidate will have theopportunity to work on a wide range of family law matters,including child custody, child support, domestic abuse, and more.

This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with apassion for family law to further develop their skills in asupportive and challenging environment.

Responsibilities:

Managinga wide range of family law matters, including divorce, childcustody, child support, and other related issues. Representingclients in court proceedings and ensuring their rights andinterests are protected. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legaldocuments, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.

Conducting legal research and analysis to support case preparationand strategy development. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge ofchanges in family law and advising clients accordingly. Providingcompassionate and effective legal advice to clients duringchallenging times.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor degree from anaccredited law school. Active member of the North Carolina statebar in good standing. A minimum of 1 year of experience in familylaw experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills,with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear andunderstandable manner. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills, witha proven track record of achieving positive outcomes for clients.

Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload whilemaintaining a high level of attention to detail and organization.
