Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate/Lateral Partners. The role will be primarily located in New Brunswick, NJ, with the option for some work from home. Day-to-day tasks include providing legal counsel, handling administrative, civil, and criminal matters, collaborating with clients, and managing cases. Qualifications Legal research and writing skills Experience in handling administrative, civil, and criminal matters Client collaboration and case management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and in a team Juris Doctor (JD) degree and Bar admission in New Jersey or New York Previous experience in a law firm is a plus
