We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Associate to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in various litigation matters, providing support in case management, legal research, and court appearances, ensuring our clients receive top-notch representation. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents
Conduct legal research to support case strategy
Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Participate in depositions and court appearances as needed
Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and development
Maintain accurate case files and documentation
Communicate with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
Experience in litigation, preferably in casualty and civil litigation
Strong legal research and writing skills
Familiarity with legal software and case management tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
