Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal counsel on familylaw matters including divorce, child custody, support, andadoption. Draft and review pleadings, motions, contracts, andsettlement agreements. Represent clients in court proceedings,mediations, and negotiations. Conduct thorough legal research andcase analysis. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and supportstaff to manage caseloads efficiently. Maintain strong clientrelationships through timely communication and exceptional service.
Essential Job Functions:
Prepare and organize case files, exhibits,and documentation. Conduct client consultations and keep clientsinformed throughout the legal process. Stay up-to-date with changesin family law legislation and case law. Demonstrate attention todetail in drafting legal documents and correspondence.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the state of New Jersey . 3 yearsof experience practicing family law. Strong communication,analytical, and negotiation skills. A client-focused mindset andability to manage sensitive family law issues with professionalismand care.
