This candidate must possess excellent phone skills, writing skills, and typing skills. The candidate must be reliable, highly organized, have the ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment, and have the ability to handle confidential information.

Duties:

• Receive and make high volume calls to clients
• Review and complete case questionnaire with clients
• Review and organize case documents
• Record all tasks in the case management system
• Additional tasks as necessary We offer an excellent benefits package.

Experience in a legal setting is preferred, but not required. Associates degree or higher is required.
