Holland & Knight LLP seeks an Associate, Business Law Group & Financial Services Practice for its New York, NY office. Duties encompass managing diverse finance transactions including cross-border project and structured financings, & debt & equity capital markets transactions.
Reqs:
License to practice law in the state of NY, JD deg. or LL.M. deg. & 3 yrs’ exp. as Jr Associate or a related occup. drafting & negotiating finance agreements (loan, sponsor support, intercreditor, share & asset pledges, mortgages, & trust agreements) ensuring regulatory compliance w/ authorities across Latin American jurisdictions. 5% International Travel. This position will be filled in New York. In accordance w/ applicable Pay Transparency Laws, the pay range for this position in this location is $420,000.00/yr. 5% international travel.
