Job Description:

A leading company in providing alternative financing solutionsfor small businesses across the United States and Canada is seekingan Collections Representative for their office in MidtownManhattan. The associate will perform a range of tasks in support of theAccounts Receivable department, including: 1. Ensuring the aging database is updated and with all accountsbeing within the alloted payment terms 2. Verifying invoicing data 3. Conducting calls with clients to verify information and contractterms 4. Reviewing documents received from clients and provide creativesolutions to ensure aging is current and client relationship ismaintained. If you are a proven multi-tasker with attention to detail, and youpossess excellent communication abilities, we want to talk to you.

Work experience in handling legal information and experiencecommunicating with direct business owners would be a huge plus.
