The Litigation Associate will play a crucial role in supporting our clients through the litigation process while ensuring compliance with all legal standards. Responsibilities Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support ongoing litigation cases. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Assist in preparing for trial by organizing evidence and developing case strategies. Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop litigation plans and strategies. Manage case files and maintain accurate records of all legal proceedings. Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel. Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations that may impact cases. Skills Proficiency in legal research methodologies and tools.
