Matrimonial Associate Law Offices of Debra L. Rubin, PLLC 425 Broadhollow Rd, Melville, NY 11747 Overview Fast paced Matrimonial & Family Law Firm in Western Suffolk County is presently accepting applications for a full-time associate attorney, with at least 1- 4 years of matrimonial experience. The candidate should have experience with client relations, motion practice, depositions, court appearances in Family Court and Supreme Court, and knowledge of the law applicable to matrimonial and family law matters. Strong research and writing skills. Must be detail oriented and capable of meeting deadlines. Responsibilities Represent clients in Supreme Court and Family Court Prepare correspondence, pleadings, motions and settlement agreements Handle all aspects of Discovery Prepare for and conduct Depositions Skills Proficient in Microsoft Word Experience with legal research databases such as LexisNexis.
