Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney with a background in transactional corporate law to join our Pittsburgh office. The ideal candidate will have 2 plus years of experience negotiating commercial agreements, transaction documents, and handling M&A transactions. This position will report out of the Pittsburgh office.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and transaction documents
Advise clients on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management
Support mergers and acquisitions transactions, including due diligence and deal structuring
Collaborate with partners and clients to develop effective legal strategies
Stay informed about industry trends and evolving corporate law regulations
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania or ability to obtain licensure
2 plus years of experience in transactional corporate law, including M&A transactions
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
