This is a full-time, in-office positionoffering the opportunity to work closely with experiencedshareholders and associates on a wide variety of challenging andrewarding cases.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be an integral part of ourFamily Law Practice Group, handling cases across the full spectrumof family law.

Responsibilities include:

Advocating for clients inmatters involving divorce, equitable distribution, alimony, spousalsupport, child custody, and adoption Drafting pleadings, motions,briefs, settlement agreements, and other legal documents Preparingfor and representing clients in court appearances, hearings, andtrials Conducting legal research and managing discoveryParticipating in case strategy development and resolution planningCollaborating with clients and senior attorneys to provide timely,compassionate, and solution-oriented legal services Supporting firmmarketing and business development initiatives

What We’re LookingFor:

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented attorney whois ready to hit the ground running.

The ideal candidate willpossess:

A Juris Doctor from an accredited law school An activelicense to practice law in Pennsylvania 1-4 years of experience infamily law, including trial experience at the Court of Common Pleasand Superior Court levels Familiarity with Orphans’ Court andProthonotary’s Office procedures Strong legal research, writing,and advocacy skills The ability to thrive in a fast-pacedenvironment with multiple priorities A commitment toprofessionalism, teamwork, and providing client-centered serviceApply now or reach out for more details.
