Project Coordinator (Law Clerk Department) 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars 1 Capitol Hill, Providence, RI 02908 JOB Within the Rhode Island Supreme Court’s Law Clerk Department, the Project Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the director of the department. Duties include but are not limited to: assisting with day-to-day supervision and support of 17 term law clerks; maintaining an Excel spreadsheet of individual law clerk assignments from judges and monitoring law clerks’ deadlines; helping assess law clerks’ availability for assignment of new work requests; overseeing law clerk time submission process and leave requests; coordinating among other Supreme Court departments regarding the annual onboarding and offboarding of law clerks and interns; general office support; general event support; and other administrative support as assigned by the director of the Law Clerk Department.
