Butler Snow’s primary means in which it hires new law graduates is through the summer program. During the program, law students will have the opportunity to work on a variety of assignments in each of our firm’s practice areas and work with different attorneys across all offices. Our Summer Associates not only get a variety of assignments, but also hands-on experiences, such as attending depositions, hearings, client negotiations, and working on pro bono matters.
