Your Role:

Law Clerk As a Law Clerk at QPWB, you will be responsible for assisting attorneys with various litigation tasks, including but not limited to:

Legal Document Preparation:

Draft pleadings, discovery requests, subpoenas, and correspondence.

Case Analysis & Research:

Review and summarize case files, medical records, and discovery responses.

Deposition & Trial Preparation:

Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, and trials.

Expert & Witness Coordination:

Liaise with experts and witnesses to schedule/co-coordinate appearances.

Legal Research & Writing:

Conduct preliminary legal research and draft legal memoranda.

Other Litigation Support:

Perform additional legal and administrative tasks as needed. What You Bring ✔️

Education & Experience:

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an ABA-accredited law school . Strong academic background with an interest in litigation. ✔️

Legal Knowledge & Skills:

Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities. Strong oral and written advocacy skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. ✔️

Technology & Software Proficiency:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) . Familiarity with legal research tools and document management systems .
