Property Summary:

Located in the heart of Panama City Beach, Laketown Wharf is the largest single-building condominium vacation resort in the Panama City area . Guests enjoy a choice of stunning Gulf, golf course and lake views. The Community Patrol Officer (CPO) will control access to Property and Residents, allowing entrance to properly authorized individuals.

Responsibilities:

Patrols and monitors an assigned area; reports suspicious activities to local authorities. Monitors Gatehouse surveillance cameras and inspects gates and amenities. Contacts law enforcement or fire department in case of an emergency. After business hours, checks doors, windows, and gates to ensure Verandah Gates and amenities are secure. Investigates reports of suspicious activity on the property and reports to local authorities. Calls local authorities if needed to discharged staff, trespassers, and other unwelcome parties off the premises. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Pay:
