Allied Universal is actively hiring certified police officers to join our Special Police Program. This is a unique opportunity to serve in a hospital campus setting, providing safety and protection to patients, staff, and visitors across multiple medical facilities.

Pay & Schedule:

Starting Pay Rate:

$34.00 per hour Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts Flexible scheduling Weekly Pay +

Enforce laws and regulations on hospital propertyProvide visible security presence and routine patrolsRespond to emergencies, disturbances, and critical incidentsControl access and ensure secure entry pointsMaintain public safety while demonstrating professionalism and empathy

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years oldU.S. citizen with a valid state-issued driver’s licensePossess a current NC BLET certification or out-of-state equivalent (must be fully sworn)Corrections and security certifications do not qualifyStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to remain calm under pressure and demonstrate sound judgment
