Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Family Solicitor to join our highly regarded team in central Sheffield. The successful candidate will work on a broad caseload of privately funded family matters, providing expert legal advice and support to our diverse client base.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing your own caseload of divorce and financial remedy proceedings Advising on civil partnership disputes and cohabitation agreements Drafting and negotiating pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements Handling private children matters, including contact and residence disputes Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent client service Taking part in business development and networking opportunities You will have: 3+ years PQE with demonstrable experience in private family law Exceptional communication and client care skills Ability to manage complex and sensitive cases with discretion and empathy A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a commitment to excellence On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package, excellent career progression, development opportunities within a respected firm and a really supportive and forward thinking team.
