Role:

You will be responsible for managing a varied and high-quality caseload of private client matters, offering tailored legal advice to a loyal and growing client base. This is a key position within a busy and respected department.

Key areas of work include:

Drafting wills and advising on inheritance tax planning Probate and the administration of estates Creation and management of trusts Lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters Providing clear, compassionate guidance to clients from all walks of life

About You:

A qualified Solicitor with 4+ years PQE (or equivalent experience) in private client work Strong technical knowledge and a proven ability to manage complex cases independently A client-focused approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills STEP qualification or working towards it (desirable, but not essential) Ability to build lasting client relationships and contribute to business development What’s on
