The Role Lead and supervise a team handling complex public/private law children cases Manage your own caseload and undertake advocacy in Family Courts Drive departmental growth and support strategic initiatives About You Qualified solicitor with a valid SRA practising certificate 5+ years’ experience in child care law (public & private law) Strong leadership and team supervision skills Family Court advocacy experience under legal aid Children Panel Accreditation is essential Why Join?
