Counsel and represent clients in immigration matters including family-based immigration and naturalization.

PRIMARY ACTIVITIES AND TASKS
- Counsel and advise clients on immigration options
- Represent clients at USCIS interviews
- Review immigration applications and filings
- Draft legal arguments and client communications
- Conduct research on legal issues
- Participate in community legal clinics and workshops
- Engage in CLE trainings on immigration and related topics
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- J.D. (or expected by May 2025)
- Member in good standing of a state bar (or sitting for the July 2025 bar)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Strong legal writing ability
- Outstanding communication skills
- Experience in immigration law or working with the immigrant community is a plus
