Job Description

Compensation:

$100,000 – $150,000 base salary DOE Potential to earn up to $300,000 with performance bonuses

What You’ll Be Doing:

Evaluate new personal injury claims and determine viability
Investigate cases and gather compelling evidence
Develop legal strategies and draft all necessary pleadings and motions
Represent clients in court, mediation, and settlement negotiations
Communicate proactively with clients throughout the litigation process
Negotiate favorable settlements with opposing counsel and insurers
Stay current on developments in personal injury law
Collaborate with and manage a dedicated paralegal What You’ll Need to be

Considered:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Alabama
Experience managing a high-volume litigation caseload (50+)
Familiarity with legal management software
Willingness to work onsite at the Birmingham office
