Compensation:

What You’ll Be Doing:
Evaluate new personal injury claims and determine viability Investigate cases and gather compelling evidence Develop legal strategies and draft all necessary pleadings and motions Represent clients in court, mediation, and settlement negotiations Communicate proactively with clients throughout the litigation process Negotiate favorable settlements with opposing counsel and insurers Stay current on developments in personal injury law Collaborate with and manage a dedicated paralegal What You’ll Need to be
