The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in representing employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in all aspects of workers’ compensation matters. Experience with federal workers’ compensation programs such as the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and the Defense Base Act is highly preferred. The firm has good support staff and keeps regular office hours. This position will allow for long-term growth and provides strong compensation.
