Job Description

Attorney Community I’s Awareness Nonprofit Huntsville, AL 35758 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of law, including but not limited to Workers’ Compensation, Environmental Law, Estate Planning, , and Personal Injury Law. This role requires excellent litigation skills and the ability to conduct thorough legal research and drafting. The Attorney will represent clients in legal proceedings, provide sound legal advice, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws. Duties Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings, advocating for their interests effectively. Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies and client needs. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including contracts, agreements, and pleadings. Provide legal advice on matters related to Workers’ Compensation Law, Environmental Law, Estate Planning, Securities Law, , and Personal Injury Law. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored legal solutions. Prepare for trials by organizing evidence and developing case strategies. Skills Strong litigation skills with the ability to present cases effectively in court. Proficiency in legal drafting with attention to detail in all written communications. Excellent research skills to analyze complex legal issues thoroughly. Knowledge of Workers’ Compensation Law and the ability to navigate related cases. Familiarity with Environmental Law principles and regulations. Experience in Estate Planning processes and documentation. Understanding of Securities Law as it pertains to client representation. Knowledge of Patent Law procedures and requirements. Expertise in Personal Injury Law with a focus on client advocacy. Has a valid passport or can obtain a valid passport.
