Mitchell and Davis, a small but dynamic law firm based in Augusta, is seeking a highly skilled Consulting Attorney to join our team on an as-needed basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in multiple areas of law, including but not limited to:
Family Law Personal Injury Real Estate Probate Criminal Law Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert legal advice and representation in various legal matters. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents. Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal forums. Collaborate with our team to develop legal strategies and solutions.
Work Environment:
