Role:

As a Medical & Insurance Professional , you’ll play a key role in the early stages of our clients’ legal journey. You’ll help gather the information that forms the foundation of a case — setting up insurance claims, organizing medical records, retrieving collision reports, and communicating with providers, insurers, and clients.

In short:

you’ll help make sure the right info gets to the right place at the right time — and that nothing (and no one) falls through the cracks.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Setting up and managing insurance claims for all involved parties Reviewing medical call notes and organizing treatment documentation Requesting and verifying police/collision reports Drafting letters of representation, preservation, and other early-stage correspondence Communicating with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and clients Keeping case files updated and well-documented in our internal system You’d Be a

Requirements:

Experience in insurance claims, medical administration, or legal support is preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you thrive on keeping things in order Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Comfort navigating conversations with clients, medical providers, and insurance reps Familiarity with digital tools and case management systems (we’ll train you on ours!) Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment High level of professionalism, discretion, and empathy — especially when clients are going through tough situations High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in a related field is a plus
