US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S. Applicants must be licensed and in good standing with the State of Alabama. Salary will bemensurate with experience and qualifications. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Review and approve new claims within your jurisdiction Meet state-level case movement goals Assist with managing and supervising jurisdictional inventory Conduct document review and discovery Execute documents requiring attorney signature Communicate case updates with leadership and clients Assist with client audits, specifically litigation-relatedponents Stay current on legal rules, regulations, statutes, and case law Conduct legal research and case analysis Prepare and file legal documents Manage and resolve litigation related to debt collection Engage with Pro Se litigants, opposing counsel, and other parties to settle cases Work with outside collections and defense counsel Ensurepliance with applicable debt collection laws and regulations Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school Licensed to practice law in Alabama Strong analytical and settlement negotiation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Skilled in online and legal research Effective oral and writtenmunication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality Professionalism in interactions across diverse backgrounds Able to work both independently and as part of a legal team Compensation & Benefits 401(k) match at 50% Subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life and disability benefits Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offering support for legal, financial, and wellness needs Mileage and expense reimbursement Licensure fee reimbursement Commissions based on attorney-negotiated settlements Physical Demands & Work Environment Regularly required to talk, hear, sit, stand, walk, and use hands Must occasionally lift/move up to 25 pounds Work environment is typically quiet to moderate in noise level Reasonable amodations available for individuals with disabilities About INSPYR Solutions
