• in criminal and civil litigation. The ideal candidateis a

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in
• criminal defense
• and•civillitigation•matters from intake to resolution.
• Manage cases through
• all stages of litigation, includingtrial.
• Conduct
• legal research, draft pleadings, motions, andbriefs.
• Appear in court for hearings, depositions, mediations, andtrials.
• Engage in
• client counseling, case strategy development, andnegotiations.
• Work collaboratively with the legal team to ensure effectivecase management.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience
• (criminal and/orcivil).
• Strong courtroom presence and ability to handle hearings andtrials.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseloadeffectively.
• Active Georgia Bar License (Required).

Responsibilities:

• Perform legal research, prepare for and attend hearings orother legal proceedings, and give general counsel under thesupervision of senior associate attorneys
• Assist clients in determining a proper solution to legalconflicts and determine the best course of action
• Maintain client files in an organized fashion to ensureup-to-date information is handy for other attorneys, paralegals andsupport staff
• Draft documents such as correspondence, pleadings, motions,briefs, affidavits, settlement agreements, and contracts to be usedproceedings and contract negotiations
• Communicate with senior associates, paralegals, and clients toensure cases are handled efficiently
• Prepare for and conduct criminal hearings and trials

Qualifications:

• Ability to work with senior attorneys to best serve clientneeds and grow our client base
• Effective communication skills and problem-solving skills arenecessary to work with all levels of staff and clients
• Successful completion of the bar exam
• Juris Doctorate (J.

D.) degree required from an accredited lawschool
