The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of legal procedures, particularly in the area of family law. This role is responsible for handling family law cases from start to finish without assistance from other attorneys. Duties Assist in document review, ensuring accuracy and completeness of legal documents. Perform data entry tasks efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records within the firm’s systems. Interview clients and witnesses to gather pertinent information for cases. Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts. Organize case files and maintain an efficient filing system for easy retrieval of information. This attorney will handle a full case load of litigation.
