Salary:

$125,000 – $145,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking anexperienced and dynamic Permanent Associate Attorney to join ourfast-paced legal team. The successful candidate will be part ofa team that handles complex litigation matters, wage and hourdisputes, discrimination defense, and FLMA issues. This positionrequires a strong work ethic, excellent judgment, and exceptionalpartnering skills. Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of litigation,including taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguingmotions, and conducting trials. 2. Handle wage and hour disputes,providing sound legal advice and strategies to clients to ensurecompliance and mitigate potential risks. 3. Represent clients indiscrimination defense cases, developing strong defense strategiesand advocating for clients’ rights and interests. 4. Advise on FLMAissues, ensuring client compliance with regulations and handlingany disputes or issues that arise. 5. Collaborate withcross-functional teams to provide comprehensive legal solutionsthat align with business objectives.

Job Details Qualifications:

1.Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school is required.2. Must be licensed to practice law in the state. 3. A minimum of 5years of legal experience, with a strong preference for candidateswith litigation experience, wage and hour disputes, discriminationdefense, and FLMA. 4. Excellent verbal and written communicationskills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients andteam members at all levels. 5.
