Partial remote work will be considered. Qualified candidates will have a background in increasing responsibility in commercial/corporate law, with particular emphasis on transactional work. M&A and/or private fund experience are a plus. Candidates should possess strong drafting, advocacy and organizational skills, excellent judgment, and provide top notch client service.
