Salary will be commensurate with experience, and whether full or part time. I would consider someone who already has their own practice, and wants to merge with mine. I would consider someone who is new to these areas of law, and wants to learn and grow to possibly take over the practice when I retire. I would consider an Associate Attorney who is somewhere in between. So, if you are interested, please reach out! Responsibilities Work on Partner and Associate Attorney overflow, such as drafting documents, overseeing signings, attending hearings and/or filing and processing Medicaid, Social Security, DDS and/or Probate Applications Hold initial consultations and manage files of clients of your own, if any Track time and practice management in Clio Skills Compassion and empathy for all, especially the elderly and individuals with disabilities. Ability to explain complex legalese in simple language for clients to understand. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Team player.
