JobDetails We are seeking a motivated Environmental LitigationAssociate Attorney with 3 years of experience to join ourEnvironmental practice group in our Hartford, Connecticut office.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complexenvironmental litigation matters, focusing on issues such asregulatory compliance, permitting, and enforcement. The idealcandidate will have strong experience in environmental law andlitigation, particularly in relation to state and federalenvironmental statutes, such as the Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act,and RCRA. Previous experience with environmental enforcement,litigation strategy, and working with expert witnesses is highlypreferred. This position offers the opportunity to develop yourpractice within a dynamic and growing team, providing you with thesupport to become a leader in the field.
