Job Details We are seeking a driven anddetail-oriented associate with 2-5 years of trademark and copyrightlitigation experience to join our growing team in Hartford, CT.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to work oncomplex intellectual property litigation matters for some of theworld’s most recognizable brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle allaspects of intellectual property and complex commercial litigation,including matters under the Lanham Act, Copyright Act, and claimsrelated to common law trademark infringement, breach of contract,and breach of licensing agreements. Conduct discovery, includingwritten discovery, document production, and depositions. Draft andfile pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related documents.

Assist with pre-litigation brand protection and enforcement,including preparing cease and desist letters. Represent clients intrademark disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board(TTAB). Support online trademark and copyright enforcement,including preparing takedown notices and UDRP complaints.

WhatWe’re Looking For:

2-5 years of trademark and copyright litigationexperience. Strong discovery experience, including documentproduction and depositions. Excellent research and writing skills,with a focus on pleadings and motions. Prior experience withpre-litigation brand protection strategies. Ability to workindependently and efficiently while maintaining strong attention todetail. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with apassion for client service. Team-oriented with a collaborativemindset. Connecticut Bar admission in good standing (required).Massachusetts Bar admission is a plus but not required. Interestedin hearing more?
