Job Details Responsibilities:

1. Representclients in all phases of litigation from initiation to expertdiscovery in matters before state and federal courts, regulatoryagencies, and other adjudicative bodies. 2. Manage litigation casesand resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developingagreements, negotiating contacts, setting claims and advocating forclients in court. 3. Build relationships with clients and workclosely with them to ensure their legal rights are protected andthat they get the best possible results. 4. Conduct thorough legalresearch and analysis of case laws, statutes, legal articles, codesand other relevant material to establish facts and draw validconclusions. 5. Draft and review various legal documents includingpleadings, briefs, motions, appeals, contracts, etc. 6. Providelegal advice to clients, present findings to colleagues, andrepresent clients in court during trials and hearings. 7. Stayupdated with the latest developments in law and the legal industryto enhance performance and provide top-notch services to clients.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited lawschool. 2. Member of the Bar of Connecticut. 3. A minimum of 3years of experience in litigation. 4. Proficiency in legal researchand outstanding legal writing skills. 5. Strong litigation skillswith the ability to manage multiple projects and casessimultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 6. Excellentnegotiation, communication, and courtroom advocacy skills. 7.Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team,showing initiative and drive. 8. High level of professionalism andconfidentiality, with the ability to interact with clients andcolleagues at all levels. 9. Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
